Our Story

React is Herefordshire's longest-established, all-inclusive trampoline and gymnastics club — an award-winning British Gymnastics Centre of Excellence coaching four disciplines under one roof: trampolining, double mini trampoline, gymnastics and tumbling.

But ask us what React really is, and the answer isn't a timetable. When a family joins React, they're not buying an hour in the week. They're joining a club that treats their child as part of its story — known by name, coached with patience, and given the time and belief to reach whatever “high flying” means for them.

That shows up in the things you can measure. Six competition-grade trampolines. A 1:5 coaching ratio per trampoline and timed rotations, so every child gets real coached time — not a glance every other turn. Coaches who are British Gymnastics qualified, DBS checked and, almost to a person, former competitors who grew up in the sport themselves. The county's largest sprung floor, full gymnastics apparatus, a 25-metre tumble track and a foam pit.

And it shows up in the things you can't. The child who isn't “sporty” landing a skill they've worked at for weeks. The naturally gifted one being stretched instead of parked. The parent who notices their child standing a little taller. React is a not-for-profit, run like an extended family — memberships kept low so cost never stands in the way, and everything reinvested back into the children and the club.
